Return & Exchange Policy

At Sotto House, every piece is carefully curated to bring understated elegance to your space. Because our collections are selected with specific architectural intent, all sales are final.

We understand that, on occasion, a piece may not perfectly suit your environment. If you find your selection is not the right fit, we offer a 14-day exchange window from the date you receive your item.

 

To initiate an exchange:

  • Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange authorization.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue you a Sotto House Gift Card for the full amount of your original purchase. This credit can be used toward any future selection from our collection.

We do not offer cash refunds to original payment methods. By shopping at Sotto House, you acknowledge and agree to this exchange-only policy.
